@Sankalol - Everything was explained in "News", so let me quote:
" From now on, user ratings are used solely as the criterion for “Featured Mods”: If a modification's rating outperforms other mods within a given period of time, it becomes automatically "featured"."

@Serbian mods - Next time use one of contact methods and try to get permissions from the original author before you release the modification or keep the modification only for yourself.
@HomerSS - If you want prevent other situations like this one, simply lock your model or put marks so that we can easily able to distinguish the same models from different authors.
